2010 YEAR END HOLIDAY

"How's your holiday?"

The year end holiday of 2010 is the most boring holiday that i have ever experienced.

Even the stack of holiday homework is enough to keep me full for like half of a year.

Or maybe even longer.

Even I could not believe that I just conquered and staying alive after weeks of tuition from mondays to thursdays, starting from sun-rising 11am and ends at the twilight at 5pm.

AFTER THAT, I JUST REALISED...

WHAT?!

THAT IS ALL THE TIME LEFT FOR ME TO ENJOY MY HOLIDAY?

THIS IS FUNNY.

WELL, NOT SO FUNNY.

Since there's not much time left and...

TUITION'S GONE!

I should start giving a break to my pitiful self.

As what people says:

"When you lose a thing, you'll gain a new thing."

This statement really fits me well.

Allow me to modify it to suit my condition.

When you lose TUITION, you'll gain HOMEWORK.

Argh, that pile of half-year consuming stock of homework had blocked my way to happiness~

Well, as a CBN student,

you can never escape from HOLIDAY homework.

I believe giving holiday homework to students is the-

Archery Clinic @ SJI

Archery Clinic @ SJI,KL.

24 November

The second day of the clinic.

We were told to walk up to the Bukit Nanas Forest Reserve @ 8 in the morning.

6 groups lined up and there the journey began.

The air in the forest was fresh and nice but i hate the insect part 'cause there were more insects going around us as we were moving further up.

After walking for some time, we reached a place which was fitted with all those physical exercising things and we call it physical exercises training ground.We were told to do our exercise there and there were various kinds of exercises you can find there.

After that, we went back to SJI and we were taught the way to do the Nocking Point by using a thread and the way to fix the fletchers on the bow properly.

We were told to go the field and shoot the arrows~~

The weather was quite hot and i have got tanned like a roasted human 'cause i did not apply any sun block...

REALLY HAD A GREAT TIME THAT DAY 'CAUSE WE GET TO SHOOT THE ARROWS.

25 November

Last day of the clinic.

We were told to run/jog around the SJI's field for 5 rounds for physical exercise of the day.Some did run/jog but some did not, they just walked the whole journey. Well, i believe that if one does not follow the correct procedure one might get wrong someday. It was really breath taking but thank God i did it.

After that, facilitators of each group brought their group members up to the field for practice after the tea break in the morning.Everyone was practising and trying their best to shoot, at the same time facilitators were giving advices and guidance while their team members were practising.

When the clock stroked 11am, the actual game of archery started. Players were classified into Players A,B,C,B & E and they will take their turn according to the list of alphabets A,B,C,D & E to shoot.That was the time when scores are obtained and recorded in the scoring form by the scorer.Everyone was under the hot sun almost the whole day and everyone was feeling like burning on the fire.

The last programme of the day, prize giving ceremony.

There were prizes for each group and for the best archer.

I've forgotten the listings and the name of the archer.

The best archer is a girl from smk sinar bintang if i am not mistaken.

My group (group 3) got number2.

IT WAS REALLY A GREAT AND ENJOYABLE DAY AND I LOVE THIS CLINIC VERY MUCH!

Trip to THAI~

I went there on the same week as PMR ended~

(Friday-Sunday)

I've just captured few pictures & let's see...

this is the new "pasar terapung" @ Thai...

also known as the new travel destination at Hadyai.

nice isn't it? XD

everyone there sells water using bamboos or small clay-made pots as the water container...

it's just like the paper cups, but instead of using paper cups they use Bamboos~

back to nature~ XD

there were many kind of foodstuffs there..

but those food look weird to me.. o.o

therefore, i didn't bought any food...

nevermind, i will just stick to the bamboo container water that i have bought~ XD

some foodstuffs again~~ XD

some kinda event was there at that time..
but i do not know what was that...
'cause i cannot read Thai letters! XD

2003–2005: Debut
Before their debut, the group was offered three tentative names: O Jang Yukbu (오장육부lit. The Five Visceras), Jeonseoleul Meokgo Saneun Gorae (전설을 먹고 사는 고래 lit. A Whale That Eats Legends), and Dong Bang Bul Pae (동방불패, the Korean title of Ashes of Time). They decided on Dong Bang Bul Pae; however, the name was rejected because the Hanja was not aesthetically pleasing, and the name was changed to Dong Bang Shin Gi.

TVXQ made their debut on December 26, 2003 during a BoA and Britney Spears showcase, where they performed their debut single "Hug" and an a cappella rendition of "O Holy Night" with BoA.[ The group released their debut single "Hug" in January 2004; it peaked at #4 on the monthly charts and sold a total of 169,532 copies, making it the fourteenth best-selling record of the year.Their second single, "The Way U Are" (July 2004), debuted at #2 spot on the charts, becoming the ninth best-selling-record of the year, selling 214,069 copies.TVXQ released their debut album, Tri-Angle (October 2004). Tri-angle debuted atop the charts and sold a total of 242,580 copies, making it the year's eighth best-selling record.

In addition to South Korea, they toured in China, Thailand, and Malaysia, making them the first Korean performers to hold a concert in Malaysia.In March, the group released their fourth Japanese single, "Asu wa Kuru Kara" (明日は来るから, lit. Because Tomorrow Will Come), and their debut Japanese album, Heart, Mind and Soul. The album debuted on the weekly Oricon album chart at #25 with 9,554 copies sold. What Is Life?

What is life? Does this sound like a strange question to you? Of course we all know what is meant by the word "life", but how would you define it?

Do all living things move? Do they all eat and breathe? Even though we all seem to know what is meant by saying something is "alive", it's not very easy to describe what "life" is. It's almost as hard as describing where life came from.

Even the biologists (people who study life) have a tough time describing what life is! But after many years of studying living things, from the mold on your old tuna sandwich to monkeys in the rainforest, biologists have determined that all living things do share some things in common:

1) Living things need to take in energy
2) Living things get rid of waste
3) Living things grow and develop
4) Living things respond to their environment
5) Living things reproduce and pass their traits onto their offspring
6) Over time, living things evolve (change slowly) in response to their environment

Therefore, in order for something to be considered to "have life" as we know it, it must possess these characteristics.

Nadhra - The Head Princess (Ketua)
I had always thought of Nadhra as serious and quiet person until I knew her better.OH GOD. She can be far from quiet! Pretty happy that she is sitting next to me thou.It's so fun to copy her BM answers. AHAH. =P Nadhra, Hidayah and I have a favourite word, AWOOK!! HAHA. She's a true rockstar! TOMOK :D And she loves to laugh. Laughing is always fun with her around :)

Adrina - The Blurcase Princess
I've known her since I was eight. She is one of the few stereotype girls I have come to known.( you know, the gentle, well-mannered, graceful, pretty, nice and etc etc). Apart from being a little blur, I think she has everything a guy wants. I guess this explains why she is a fav. among the male kasturi teachers and guys. AHAH. =P She's pretty. Really. HAHA. omg. And she's sooo innocent :D omg. She loves singing too. haha.

Afiqah - The "Alim" Princess
Although I've been in the same class with her for 2 years +, I don't think I know her well enough. Well, I've seen her funny side during choral speaking and the jokes she cracked with Azlin but apart from that...hmmmmmmmmm. omg. She's damn funny lah., She cracks jokes, yes. But she makes people laugh, she never laughes along. Which is weird but funky. haha.

Aida - The Very-Oh-So-Sopan Princess
AHAHAHHA. The first impression of Aida the genius? SWEET. I seriously thought that she was the sweet, goody-two-shoes, Encik Azrin's gadis Melayu type. But trust me, Aida can be NOT so sweet! OMG. She's not sweet! She loves bullying me! And she lives right on top of the canteen. You know the space on top there. Along with the monkeys? HAHA. She's kinda blue in some ways. Seriously. She's not that goody, SHE'S EVILL!! haha.

Alini - The Sejarah Princess
The name says it all: she LOVES sejarah! Well, Alini's chatty, talkative, bubbly and flirtyyyy (not with me thou, please and thank you) There are times when she did just burst singing in class. Currently sitting next to Adrina. I wonder when they are going to do a duet together. AHAH. =P OH. She and her singing skills. Hmph. HAHA. She loves gossiping with me and Raveenaa and she's a Princess Hour(PH) fan along with Adrina . Very weird in ways but oh well, she's the sejarah princcess coz she got Japanese and Belanda blood. :D hahahhahahha. No wonderr.

Ati - The Singing Princess
OH. The mad multitasker. =) She's 14 but she's been involved in international plays, used to be an olahragawati, plays hockey, etc etc. It is no wonder that Farhanah deemed her as perfect. She's perfect in some ways. She has wtv that a guys wants. Look at her Myspace. You can drool? HAHA. But she's really nice and she loves to fart. HAHA. KWN room. She farted in the room!!! *gasp*

Atiqah - The Gagap Princess
Bak kata Puan Jamilah, "Awak lelaki ke perempuan?" Haha. She's nice actually. SERIOUSLY. SHE is nice. And she's scared of me. Idk why but she is. She confessed. She's blur too. HAHAHAHA. BUt she's nice. She's caring for others :')

Azlin - The Petite Princess
Our class's sajak-er and syarahan-er.LOL. I think she is born with the talent. omg. Did you guys know that she got in the Adele Cheer school team only that she turned it down coz her friend wsn't in??!?!?! haha.

Dian - The Pouting Emo Princess
The obsessed- pouting- cute- emo freak! Dian's very proud of her b-- too. AHA =P Yes THAT'S ME!! haha. JA JA JA!!! I can't believe you don't know him Melly. OMG. u stml. -.- Amka is way over owkay? I actually wonder how many boyfriends she can have at one time? LOL Probably ten? HAHA. But she's hot what do u expect. HAHA. And she's really bubbly if you can imagine. Jump here jump there. JUMP EVERYWHERE! haha. She prefers to b called FAA.

Fiona - The Macha Princess
The Fiona of 3P. She's pretty funny and she knows GLORIA ESTERFAN(did i spell her name rytee?) And of course there's that mysterious guy from KWN. lalala She knows Gloria Esterfan? *gasp* omg. HAHA. She's da tallest in da class. Currently. HHAHA. She's really blue. I tell you BLUE. She loves seeing monkeys doo toooooot. Her fav word : BULLSHIT! haha.

Foong - The Kawad Kaki Princess
Foong's like a little volcano. That's about to burst any moment. Apart from that, she's actually nice and simple. And she likes TVXQ a lot. She kawads like there's no tomoro. OMG. haha. And she has a really hot body. ( don't take the wrong way) but seriously, she got abs. I think. Coz she tukar baju dalam kelas maa. haha.

Hidayah - The "Ladylike" Princess
Hidayah looked a LOT like my ex-tuition mate Nasuha. I was sooooo convinced that it was her. Somehow, I got a feeling that Hidayah's first impression of me was: that girl is stupid. WOA. he looooves TOMOk! LIKE I DO. HAHA. Hidayah is like the brain twin of Nadhra and I. haha. TOMOK. awokkk. :D

Intan - The Science Geek Princess
.... another English freak. Heard that she is popular among guys thou. =P Popular gila. HAHA. She freaked out when she got a B for Science. GAWD. Chill it was just Score A programme. -.-

when the maths teacher came in, he asked us :"u all not cold one aa? it's so cold!" and i was infront of him so i juz nod my head and said yes coz it is too cold for me to sit still on the chair...

What is love? It is one of the most difficult questions for the mankind. Centuries have passed by, relationships have bloomed and so has love. But no one can give the proper definition of love. To some ?Love is friendship set on fire? for others ?Maybe love is like luck. You have to go all the way to find it?. No matter how you define it or feel it, love is the eternal truth in the history of mankind.

Love is patient, love is kind. It has no envy, nor it boasts itself and it is never proud. It rejoices over the evil and is the truth seeker. Love protects; preserves and hopes for the positive aspect of life. Always stand steadfast in love, not fall into it. It is like the dream of your matter of affection coming true. Love can occur between two or more individuals. It bonds them and connects them in a unified link of trust, intimacy and interdependence. It enhances the relationship and comforts the soul. Love should be experienced and not just felt. The depth of love can not be measured. Look at the relationship between a mother and a child. The mother loves the child unconditionally and it can not be measured at all. A different dimension can be attained between any relationships with the magic of love. Love can be created. You just need to focus on the goodness of the other person. If this can be done easily, then you can also love easily. And remember we all have some positive aspect in us, no matter how bad our deeds maybe. And as God said ?Love all?

Depending on context, love can be of different varieties. Romantic love is a deep, intense and unending. It shared on a very intimate and interpersonal and sexual relationship. The term Platonic love, familial love and religious love are also matter of great affection. It is more of desire, preference and feelings. The meaning of love will change with each different relationship and depends more on its concept of depth, versatility, and complexity. But at times the very existence of love is questioned. Some say it is false and meaningless. It says that it never exist, because there has been many instances of hatred and brutality in relationships. The history of our world has witnessed many such events. There has been hatred between brothers, parents and children, sibling rivalry and spouses have failed each other. Friends have betrayed each other; the son has killed his parents for the throne, the count is endless. Even the modern generation is also facing with such dilemmas everyday. But ?love? is not responsible for that. It is us, the people, who have forgotten the meaning of love and have undertaken such gruesome apathy.

In the past the study of philosophy and religion has done many speculations on the phenomenon of love. But love has always ruled, in music, poetry, paintings, sculptor and literature. Psychology has also done lot of dissection to the essence of love, just like what biology, anthropology and neuroscience has also done to it.

Psychology portrays love as a cognitive phenomenon with a social cause. It is said to have three components in the book of psychology: Intimacy, Commitment, and Passion. Also, in an ancient proverb love is defined as a high form of tolerance. And this view has been accepted and advocated by both philosophers and scholars. Love also includes compatibility. But it is more of journey to the unknown when the concept of compatibility comes into picture. Maybe the person whom we see in front of us, may be least compatible than the person who is miles away. We might talk to each other and portray that we love each other, but practically we do not end up into any relationship. Also in compatibility, the key is to think about the long term successful relationship, not a short journey. We need to understand each other and must always remember that no body is perfect.

Be together, share your joy and sorrow, understand each other, provide space to each other, but always be there for each others need. And surely love will blossom to strengthen your relationship with your matter of affection.

ON FOOT TO THE KTM STATION WHICH WAS LOCATED NEARBY....
SOON, WE ARE ON THE TRAIN TRAVELLING FROM SENTUL STATION TO KUALA LUMPUR STATION...
EACH AND EVERYONE OF US WERE ALL HAPPY AND EXCITED AS WELL...
WE WERE DIVIDED INTO 2 GROUPS,GROUP A AND GROUP B... AND I WAS IN GROUP B.. =) *CHEEZE AND PEACE*...

UNEXPECTED SUMMER...

IT WAS A VERY VERY HOT SUMMER... CITIZENS FROM THE CITY ARE OFF FOR VACATIONS AT THE NICE WARM BEACH!! NO WORK... NO STRESS... NO WORRIES.. NO QUARRELS... I'M NOW OUT OF THE BUSY DIZZY WORKING DAYS!! YAHOO!!...

AND I'M TAKING THIS OPPORTUNITY TO GO FOR VACATION TO THE BEACH AND RELEASE MY STRESS..

FRIDAY MORNING,8.30A.M. I STARTED MY JOURNEY.... DRIVING FREELY ALONG THE WAY AND ACCOMPANIED BY THE SUMMER BREEZE WITH HOT SHOT OST'S SONG--SUPERMAN.... "YEAH,WHO SHI SUPERMAN..YEAH,WO SHI SUPERMAN..YEAH,NI SHI LOSER..."("YEAH,I'M SUPERMAN..YEAH,I'M SUPERMAN..YEAH,YOU ARE LOSER...") ROCKING THE WHOLE JOURNEY....AFTER 2 HOURS..I FINALLY REACH MY DESTINY--HELMONNA BEACH... AND I CHECKED IN THE RESORT AND ARRANGE ALL MY LUGGAGE... AFTER THAT... WHAT SOME MORE? LET'S ROCK THE BEACH!!

DURING THAT SEASON THEY HAVE THE ACTIVITY ABOUT MUSIC AND DANCE...IT'S ALSO A VISITORS' COMPETITION... EVERYONE WHO WANTS TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS COMPETITION ARE ALL LINING UP AT THE BEACH TO REGISTER AND LISTEN TO THE BRIEFING... THIS ACTIVITY SOUNDS INTERESTING TO ME,WITHOUT WASTING ANY TIME... I WENT AND REGISTERED...

THINGS TOLD AT THE BRIEFING SECTION,THIS COMPETITION IS ABOUT DANCING IN GROUPS.. A GROUP MUST CONTAIN 5 PERSON AT LEAST.. AND EVERYONE WAS GIVEN TIME TO FIND THEIR GROUP MEMBERS.. AND THE GROUPS MEMBERS THAT I'VE FOUND ARE ALICE,JEROME,CHLOE AND ANTHONY... AND OUR GROUP'S NAME IS CHARISMA... CHARISMA TO DANCE... SOUNDS NICE TO ME... AND AFTER THAT,WE ARE TOLD TO SELECT A SONG AND CREATE AND ARRANGE OUR DANCE STEPS,WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO COPY ANY DANCE STEPS FROM THE VIDEOS OR OTHER GROUPS...

"HM...WHAT SONG SHALL WE USE THEN? ANY SUGGESTIONS?" THIS QUESTIONS IS ALL OVER THE GROUPS... AND OUR GROUP HAS DECIDED TO USE ONE OF OUR FAVORITES... SUPERMAN FROM HOT SHOT OST... BECAUSE IT'S SUITABLE FOR DANCING AND IT HAS A NICE BEAT AND ALL...AFTER THAT, WE START TO CREATE OUR DANCE STEPS...THESE DANCE STEPS...MIGHT BE A DIFFICULT TASKS FOR OTHER GROUPS.. BUT NOT FOR US,BECAUSE WE HAVE 3 PROFESSIONAL DANCERS HERE... ANTHONY,CHLOE AND ALICE.. AND THOSE DANCE STEPS CREATED WERE NICE AND VERY EASY TO LEARN...WITHOUT WASTING ANY TIME, JEROME AND I LEARN IT THROUGH THEIR GUIDANCE... AFTER 1 HOUR.. OUR GROUP HAD COMPLETED OUR DANCE STEPS AND EVERYONE OF US SWAY WITH THE MUSIC... DANCING REALLY DOES HELP A PERSON TO RELEASE THEIR STRESS AND IT IS ENJOYABLE... AND WE KEEP PRACTICING ON IT TO MAKE OUR STEPS MORE STEADY AND TEMPO TO BE MORE ACCURATE ON IT...

THE DAY AFTER... AFTER HAVING BREAKFAST AND PRACTICING...AT 10.30AM.,THE COMPETITION STARTS... WE ARE THE 1ST GROUP TO DANCE ON THE HELMONNA 2008 DANCING COMPETITION'S STAGE... EACH OF US HAVE THE CONFIDENCE AND WE ARE NOT FEAR ABOUT IT... WE DID OUR CHEER AND WENT UP ON THE STAGE... THE MUSIC STARTS..."DUM..DUM..DUM..." AND OUR ENERGY TO DANCE HAD BEEN HEATED... AND WHAT NOW? START DANCING!! WE DID EVERYTHING SMOOTHLY AND SURPRISINGLY NO MISTAKES ARE FOUND.. EVERYONE OF US ARE VERY HAPPY AND ENJOYING ON THE STAGE...WE WERE CHEERED BY MOST OF THE COMPETITORS AND VISITORS...AFTER WE'VE FINISHED.. WE WATCH OTHER GROUPS' DANCE AS WELL.. THEY ALL HAVE GOOD STEPS AND SMOOTH MOVES AS WELL.. AND WE START REALIZING THAT THIS COMPETITION IS REALLY NOT THAT EASY TO WIN... BUT MOST OF ALL WE ALL ENJOYED THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE,THEREFORE WINNING OR NOT IS NOT A BIG FACT FOR US... WE JUST ENJOYED AND GROOVE IN THE WHOLE COMPETITION...

NOW.. IT'S THE TIME FOR THE AWARD GIVING.. AND THE 3RD PRIZE GOES TO "CELTIC",2ND PRIZE GOES TO"AURORA".. AND THE CHAMPION OF YEAR 2008 GOES TO........."BOOM!"----"CHARISMA"...WOW! WE WERE ALL SURPRISED... DIDN'T EXPECT THAT WE WILL GET THE PRIZE.. IT WAS ALL GOING TOO FAST... WE ALL WENT UP THE STAGE AND RECEIVED THE PRIZES WITH CHEERS AND JOYS... OUR GROUP HAS GIVEN AN OPPORTUNITY TO CELEBRATE IN THE VIP ROOM AT THE HELMONNA RESTAURANT FOR DINNER THAT NIGHT... WE WENT AND CELEBRATE IT AND EVERYONE WAS ALL HAPPY...

THE 3RD DAY, IT'S THE TIME FOR EVERYONE TO LEAVE... WE GET EVERY ONE'S CONTACT NUMBER AND EMAILS TO KEEP IN CONTACT WITH EACH OTHER.. AND IT'S THE TIME TO SAY BYE-BYE...EVERYONE LEAVES TO GO BACK TO THE BUSY AND DIZZY CITY...I CHECKED OUT AND SETTLE ALL MY LUGGAGE IN MY CAR AND I START TO DRIVE... AND THE HOT SHOT OST-SUPERMAN IS PLAYING IN MY CAR'S CD PLAYER AGAIN.. THIS SONG BRINGS A LOT OF NICE AND PRICELESS MEMORIES...

WHO WOULD EXPECT THAT THEY'LL GET THESE KIND OF THINGS TO HAPPEN IN THEIR VACATION? BUT IT'S JUST HAPPENED TO ME.. LUCKY ME... AND I WROTE THIS WONDERFUL THING IN MY DIARY...IT'S REALLY MEANINGFUL... MY MOST WONDERFUL SUMMER VACATION EVER!! IT ROCKS!!
